| Amitabh Bachchan paid highest tax over three B-khans |
Few days back, sources of media reported that Bollywood living legend Amitabh Bachan as the top advance tax payer out of Bollywood top actors.
Other Bollywood actors who paid advance tax for March 2013, Akshay Kumar (18 cr) followed by three khans. Salman Khan who paid approximately 11cr followed by Shah Rukh Khan (10 cr) then by Amir Khan who paid 8 crore.
Amitabh Bachchan has been declared the individual highest Advance Tax Payer in Central Charge Mumbai,for the financial year 2012-2013. The actor has paid 25 crore as advance tax.
As per the sources,Income Tax department officials met Big B at their Marine Lines office to congratulate him. And "In this financial year, the tax payment from Amitabh Bachchan will be 37 crore plus. The cumulative tax paid by the Bachchans, including Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, will be 51 crore."
