The producer of the yet to release movie ‘Sorry Teacher’ is happy as a division bench comprising acting Chief Justice P.G.Ghose and Justice Vilas given green signal for time being.
Women teachers filed a petition against the release of Sorry Teacher movie and stay order was given by the single judge earlier. Then the producer of the movie challenged the petition with U/A certificate given by the censor board committee.
Now for time being the stay was lifted by the division bench on Monday saying “there is no need to interfere at this stage.”
