Commissioner of GHMC, M.T.Krishna Babu held a meeting with various NGOs and Government school principals and floor leaders in a mission to support Environment friendly Ganesh idols. GHMC along with the Ramky Group planning to supply 15000 clay Ganesh idols for 150 corporators so that each corporation can get 100 Ganesh idols made of clay.
Along with the Ganesh clay idols they are also planning to supply Clay moulds to government schools inorder to bring awareness to school children in moulding their own idols. Mr.M.T.Krishna Babu offered clay equipment to the Government Schools with playgrounds and requested principals to contact their corporators with the request.
